New Compensation Package!

Elite IT Services is adding two new benefits to the Compensation Package for our employees. We are paying all full-time employees time and a half for Overtime effective July 1. This is over and above the Fair Labor Standards Act directed by the Department of Labor requirement of employees with pay at $27.63 or below receiving time and a half pay for hours worked over 40 hours. We're opening this up and allowing all of our employees eligibility for Time and a Half pay for approved overtime hours. In addition, we are adding a 6 Paid Holiday Schedule to our Compensation Package to enhance our marketability as a key IT competitor in the marketplace. The holidays include: Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Memorial Day.
We recently added a $50,000 Life Insurance Plan provided for all employees, complements of Elite. We have an amazing Group Life Insurance plan available to all of our employees upon completion of their 30 day probationary period. We've recently added Dental Plan as an option available to the employees if they choose to pay for it. We've maintained a competitive Medical Plan which is one of the best plans available at 50% to the employee and 50% paid by Elite.
We are continually reviewing our Compensation Package and looking for ways to maintain a marketable edge while we are emerging and maturing as an IT Project Solutions Provider. We have to continually weigh what we are capable of doing based on our growth to what we must do to remain competitive. I believe as long as we are continually massaging the package and reviewing, we will maintain our edge and improve our employee satisfaction overall.

This is very impressive. Laying out your compensation plan for all to see really raises the bar for your competitors, and lets applicants know that you aren't afraid to share information.
