Live Chat from Your Monster Resume

A few months ago I found a very innovative job seeker. While searching for a developer on Monster, I came across one resume that stood out from the crowd. It included a link with the text "Click Here to Chat with Me Live". I clicked on the link and had an instant opportunity to find out if the person was a fit for my job. Even though they were not a fit, I knew that this person had above average innovation and creativity. They used a widget from meebo.com and included it on a web page. I've done the same thing on my Chat with Rob Hubert Live page.

It's a great way to share information quickly and take advantage of on-line web. I asked the person how many people took advantage of the on-line chat and she mentioned being contacted by a few recruiters.
